The Inn at Meander remains open for our guests during this COVID-19 crisis. We are working with our local health authorities to monitor the situation and taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our staff and guests. We, like many of you, have spent over a month in our homes practicing physical distancing and doing our part to slow the spread of this virus. But like you we are looking forward to the opportunity to escape and re-connect with our loved ones, friends, and family in the beautiful foothills of Central Virginia.
To ensure the safety of our staff and guests we are conducting deep cleans of rooms after each check-out. We have also closed our historic manor house and will only offer contactless hospitality with self-check-ins to one of our 7 guest rooms & cottages with private entrances.
Breakfast, picnic baskets, and dinners are ordered in advance and delivered to your room. Our innkeeper is in constant contact via text or phone to provide the Meander hospitality that we are famous for.
Guests can enjoy our 80 acres of hiking trails, the Robinson River, the expansive lawn, and fire pit to enjoy our spectacular Blue Ridge Mountain views and breathtaking sunsets, all while practicing physical distancing.
Discover the multitude of Virginia attractions right outside our front door, including the famous Skyline Drive in the Shenandoah National Park which you can safely enjoy from the comfort of your car.
